Four Seasons Hualalai
The Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, nestled along Hawai‘i Island’s Kona-Kohala Coast, completed a sweeping $100+ million transformation, marking its most significant renovation since debuting 25 years ago.
The property upgrade includes every guest room and suite, a new oceanfront bungalow, refreshed pools and amenities, and a reimagined golf course—all thoughtfully designed to honor the resort’s signature Polynesian architectural roots.
As part of this extensive overhaul, the resort introduced its three most luxurious villas—Hawaii Loa Presidential Villa, Makaloa Villa, and Ho‘onānea Villa. Each villa now features a second story, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, private plunge pools, unique art elements, hardwood detailing, and a warm, residential feel that enhances the sense of private sanctuary.
Sky Ala Moana
Located in the heart of Honolulu across from Ala Moana Center, Sky Ala Moana is a premier two-tower development that blends modern design with island living. Featuring a luxury residential tower, a condo-hotel, and The Flats affordable housing, it delivers a complete community with sweeping ocean views, a signature 8th-floor Sky Terrace, and resort-style amenities.
Kahuina
Kahuina is a transformative two-tower community in Our Kakaʻako blending market-rate, workforce, and affordable housing with retail space and a vibrant rec deck. Anchored by developers Kamehameha Schools and Stanford Carr, the project offers thoughtfully designed residences—including live/work lofts—plus ample parking and inviting urban amenities. Scheduled for completion in 2028, Kahuina brings inclusive, design-forward living to the heart of Honolulu’s urban core.

Honolulu Airport
In a major push to modernize facilities and elevate the traveler experience, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) has unveiled a comprehensive renovation.
The multi‐phase project spans more than 50 restroom resets across public and secure zones, with an emphasis on durability, accessibility, and maintenance efficiency. Design specialists from HDR deployed cutting-edge techniques like virtual reality for stakeholder reviews and feedback, alongside QR-coded surveys post-completion to optimize finetuning.
A key highlight: the installation of Bobrick toilet partitions and washroom accessories throughout HNL. These fixtures deliver stylish European-style privacy, resilient materials, ADA-compliant features, and integrated smart-style hygiene solutions—perfect for high-traffic environments like airports.
